On-Location Photo Session CONDITIONs: ·
Availability of photo sessions is subject to scheduling & calendar
openings. ·
On-Location Photo Sessions are on the Island of Oahu, only. ·
Session dates and times are confirmed on the calendar upon receipt of a
50% deposit of the session fee involved, with balance due at the start of the
photo session. ·
Outdoor on-locations sessions are subject to the weather, and if
cancelled for the weather (e.g., rain or wind that wrecks havoc with ladies’
hair) the session will be rescheduled or the appointment cancelled and the
deposit returned. Cancellations
for other reasons or no-shows forfeit the deposit. ·
Please call if you’ll be late for your session; a grace period of 40
minutes is granted after your session’s start time, after which it shall be
deemed a cancellation and your 50% deposit forfeited. ·
Be aware that your requested locale may be on private property or may otherwise prohibit professional photography to be conducted on the premises: It
shall be the clients’ responsibility to accurately ascertain whether their
requested locale allows for their session, etc. · These Photo Session photographs may be used for inclusion in the photographer's portfolio for the sole purpose of display, promotion & providing samples of the quality of the photographer's work, etc., without the names of the persons in the photographs being identified. |
